"We loved our rooms, all the Christmas decorations, the water parks, the rooftop infinity pool and the spa. The breakfast buffet and the restaurants were great too. We would definitely go back and stay there next time we visit Da Nang. "

"The staff are top notch, always attempting to take your luggage to its destined location. The food was great, although prices are quite expensive due to its location and facilities. Plan to spend roughly double your room costs on food. Free drink vouchers are only good at the tavern, which was a let down given the same beer is poured all over the facility. The property is gorgeous and kind of a maze. Plan for two days to see and do everything. If you havent researched the location, you may be upset about the multiple extra costs. Even to approach the resort you must take a cable car, which was approximately 40$ per person. Children under 1m are free to eat at buffets and free to take the cable car. ATMs are available at the resort. Almost all activities inside the resort are an additional fee. This isnt a problem if you know in advance, otherwise, the sticker shock may sour your time here. Highly recommend, one of the best resorts ive stayed in all of my years of travel. Gondola up is approximately 30 minutes and quite high, if you have a fear of heights be cautious."
