We had a great stay with our dog. Easy access to taking our dog for a walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. If I go to Provo again I would stay there. The only thing that would’ve made it better was if they had more luggage carts. They only have 2 that were being used.

We refused to accept given room. Had it last year. It is for ‘disabled people’. Desk attendant told us that we had no choice as this is only room Expedia & Hotel management would give us. This is a very negative process by Expedia & management. Finally given different room.

Furniture in room showing wear. Hallways & room smelled of cleaners. Bathroom in room quite dreary looking. There was a hair on the toilet.

very friendly hotel staff, especially breakfast server. Convenient location, affordable. Liked the included breakfast.
