"Stayed for a single night while returning from the French Alps to the UK. On arrival we had to telephone to facilitate access, but once in we were very pleasantly surprised by the property. It is unattended and so we were given the keys and came and went as we pleased. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning.
