This is my second time staying at AWOL, and it's hands down my favorite spot in P-Town. The vibe is both sexy and laid-back, offering a unique, tranquil experience. While it may be a bit of a walk for some, the stunning marsh views and lack of light pollution make it worth it—day and night feel truly magical.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, which is a refreshing surprise, as Massachusetts isn't typically known for its hospitality. The AWOL team truly breaks the mold!
I can’t wait to book my next stay!

View to watch the sunset! Close to all the beaches and amazing place to visit! Very relaxing off season! Staff at the desk are really nice!

Room was modern and clean. Great room if you don’t mind a smaller space. Couch and bed were low to the ground which was not an issue for us. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the lounge space right outside our room. We enjoyed the sunset over the water from the cozy fire pit seating. Property was in a great location close to town. After we returned from an evening out on the town we were delighted to find “s’mores supplies” - everything you’d need to toast marshmallows and build your own s’mores at the outdoor fire pits! Staff was courteous and communicative. Great experience for our 1 night stay in Provincetown.

Excellent boutique hotel at the tip of the cape 15 minutes walk from downtown Provincetown
