"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. "It is a fantastic hotel with a tremendous staff but I had the tiniest shower ever which made it quite difficult and annoying to use it. literally 0.5x0.5m. This is ridiculous and makes the overall experience not so pleasant. "

Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday.
