This property was disgusting. Roaches everywhere, ants everywhere, bed was dirty and had roaches under it. There was roaches in the bathroom. It was a roach party. We were told we were getting a new room- that didn't happen. I tried speaking with manager "Debbie"- conversation got disconnected and she rudely ignore my calls. She's also not willing to do partial refund after what we had to experience. We were also told that we could use a gym, which is non existent, website speaks of a "spa" that was also not provided. By far the worse stay I've had in years. I don't know why it says "excellent" on the reviews. It's a horrible place. We were the only ones staying there , now we know why.

Perfect proximity to beach. Excursions picked up at the beach by us. Great space with our two adult children with us. Walked to restaurants and shops. 2 minute walk to the best beach in the world. Landscaping was beautiful. Outdoor kitchen was awesome.

I had a fantastic stay at South fleetwood Villa, and from the beautiful property along with stunning, walking distance beach and to the amazing, welcoming locals I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay at South fleetwood Villa till next time!! 10/10

We stayed here before, when it was privately owned. What you don't find out until after you book is that check in/out is at another hotel. You have to take a separate taxi each way, so don't bother with the round-trip transfers from the airport. If you do get that option, don't expect them to pick you up for check out. Tinys taxi's phone went right to voice mail and the box was full. We had to hire another taxi service. Still trying to get a refund from Orbitz.

Decent but needs a remodel badly

Property is very dated. The water would wildly fluctuate between hot and cold during your shower. Time to put some money into modernizing this. Overall, a decent place to stay for the money but would pick a nicer place the next time.

Hi Joshua,Thanks. We are aware that the property is a bit dated. It is for this reason why we are able to keep our rates relatively low, in comparison to this of our Grace Bay competitors. Expansion/updating is in the pipeline, but I am sure you can understand the difficulty in doing so, while the property is booked.

i loved my stay at south fleet i just wish we were able to get fresh towels while we were there and the washer and dryer is a little pricey to be washing and drying our towels but other then that i highly recommend

Thanks for your stay and for your review. Pretty much everything in TCI is pricey, partly because, pretty much everything is imported. FUEL FACTOR RATE .1812 kWh ELECTRICY is .2750 kWh.

Checking in and check out are a hassle, when I realized it and tried to cancel, I was going to be fully charge. Be careful!!! Impossible to return the keys, office was closed and no one picks up the EMERGENCY number.

Hi John,We are a small property, with a small staff. The front desk is usually always manned. However, there are those few occasions when the front desk staff, may have to step away from the front desk to attend to a guest, but they are usual not far away, and not away for long. However, there is a drop box next to the door, that is easily accessible, and where you can drop your keys. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
