well, for a woman traveling by herself, this place is very difficult. checking in and out in a different location is a nightmare especially when you don’t rent a vehicle. it is difficult to get a taxi when wanting to go back to this area if you go to the no algae beach. Good luck if get locked out of your room. the owner comes very angry to open the door through the back, and says you will be charge $25 every time she comes to open the door. “You should have access to your room anytime through back and front without charge”. There’s no hot shower. the owner should have costumes relashionship courses in how to treat customers.
bottom line…… good place, nasty and bad owner/managements.

Thank you and for staying with us, and thanks for your review. You were given the code to your rental, unpon arrival, and informed that the code opens and closes the door. Within an hour of getting to the rental, you locked yourself out of the rental, because you failed to use the code, as directed. You, used the manual inside lock, thus locking out yourself. At my request, the cab that took you there, returned to get the master key, to open the door, and return the key to us WITHOUT ANY CHARGE TO YOU. Before you retired for the night, you locked yourself out again, and had to call the driver. On the second or third day of your stay, you did it a THIRD time. We did not have the staffing at the time, so I brought the key and unlock the door. Yes, there is a charge of 25.00. There is a cost in gas and manpower. I agree that you should have "...free access to the property you rented, and you did, but when you keep locking yourself out, to the point where it is at someone else's expense, that is differnt.Re the hot water, we can only fix the problem when we are aware of it. I do apolgize for that inconvenience.

The people working the front desk were rude. The place also has no hot water.

The property was in close proximity to Grace Bay, dining, and also the airport.

The property was safe and gated. It was an average condo and clean but lots of bugs in the bathroom. Bring bug spray! Everything else was okay.

The check in was easy the location was great no a lot of traffic and was 15 to 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do the room felt very at home and the area was nice and quiet if your a couple and don’t want to be around large groups this is the perfect location.
