Front desk was friendly, however:
- on entry = no towels
- safe was locked
- needed assistance to open patio door
- floor was dirty
- on Day 3 = are you ever going to clean the room? = Ok, just leave your key at the front desk, and tell them??
- breakfast = artificial watered down juice
Great location, just lousy service for a hotel.

The rooms were very cozy and the cleanliness and good location of the hotel are amazing for the price that you pay. The people at the front desk were super welcoming and eager to help with anything that I might have needed. There was free breakfast in the morning and also a station to get coffee and tea, and they held onto my luggage for me the day I checked out so I could continue to explore the city. Amazing hotel!

Peaceful, clean, good service, comfortable rooms. Nice quiet oasis in a big city. Staff was helpful giving map directions and recommendations of things to do. Wish we could have stayed longer than one day.

Stayed here for 3 nights while on a business trip, great staff and location. Could have used a slightly bigger room with a desk, but it was very clean and quiet. A really nice breakfast on a patio area. Would stay again for sure.

Home away from home.
Posted 2 May 2019 on HotelsLovely boutique hotel in a quiet residential area, but close to restaurants and stores, and only a few minutes from the metro. The staff is exceptional (Janice, Meredith, and Antonio), making you feel at home. Thoughtful touches like wine and snacks add to the charm. Very good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.

Lovely small hotel that makes you feel at home. Short walking distance to many restaurants and in a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again.
