This property is a scam. Not sure why it has soo many good reviews but it doesn't deserve it. Everything on the room is old, dirty and falling apart. The front desk staff is nice and helpfull but other than than that, the hotel is falling apart. I stayed for 4 days and only requested clening services once. And the lady didn't give us any towels or soap, I jave to go to the front desk and request it. There was mold all around the toilet, shower and sink. The floor carpet was sticky. The courtains were falling. The pipes will breat out a bad smell at nigth.....like I said , nothing like the pictures they show you on Expedia.

While the hotel is located in a great location, the housekeeping for the rooms was very poor with minimal cleaning done. As well, the overall conditions of the room was rundown, with the AC leaking into the carpet after a few hours and the smell of mold in the room. Service in the restaurant was lacking - disinterested staff and the buffet breakfast was often out of many dishes. All in all not worth the amount charged.

The area around the hotel, full of avenues with beautiful trees, hidden modern low rise condominiums and colonial houses, is charming…..Providencia

Breakfast services and offerings were good. Room decor shows much wear and needs updating; bathroom fixtures well worn and need replacing.

Nice hotel in a good location. Lots of local shops and restaurants nearby and it felt safe. Metro is close by.
The hotel does feel a little dated in the rooms but it has everything you need. The shower pressure was the best I've had in a long time ! The breakfast buffet was pretty good, especially the scrambled eggs.
