The best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at! Accommodating staff and a very quiet location. Convenient enough to get to Providence and have food delivered. Felt very relaxed in my room and spent some extra time there because of it!

Good place off the highway. Close to airport if you are taking a plane. Staff are friendly. They will text you after checkin to see how you are doing. Pool is small and can sometimes smell overly chlorine-y. Room was comfortable and apparently the kids like the bed height. Breakfast was good. The kids like the pancake maker. They rate it 8/10 fo food and 9/10 for everything elss...(from 3 kids)

My room was not cleaned the first 2 nights I was there. On the 3rd day the duvet was thrown up over the bed & towels replaced. No surfaces were wiped & hot cups were not replaced. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Closed captioning did not work on my TV most of the time I was there and that is necessary for me. Corridor floors were stained & the hotel smells old. It’s obvious that management had given up. I would never recommend this property to anyone. On a positive note, the bed & pillows were quite comfortable.

This hotel is perfectly adequate. The location is close to the airport and the highway without either making noise, but there is nothing next to the hotel (good or bad). The rooms are clean. The breakfast is rather good. Staff are friendly. It's a great alternative to the more expensive hotels in Providence itself.
