The check in was terrible. Check in was 3:00. We arrived after 4:00. The room was not ready. One of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude. We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. We had a room with a balcony. The seating out there was dirty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, at the desk and the restaurant, the food was great!
