It was wonderful to be able to park right next to our unit. It was also nice having two bathrooms. The space was clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the later checkout granted to us.

Posted 17 Aug 2024 on HotelsWonderful room right on the cliff over the ocean, beautiful property. Only complaint is the tv, hard to work, 1000 useless channels. I have discovered that Spectrum and Roku tvs are not user friendly. This was Spectrum and even when maintenance came to help it later did not work.

Always a great stay at the cliffs. Power went out for awhile but not their fault…. Will continue to stay there for overnight business trips

The pool was nicer than we thought.
Wished they informed us of sitting near the cliffs, that chairs were available.
The refrigerator was too big for the kitchen, the door would hit the counter across it.
Wished there was a futon for the master bedroom. A futon that could easliy be stored in the closet.
other than that it was a nice stay :)

It was nice but it The dishwasher was leaking. I had no air conditioning and that wasn’t mentioned in the description when you blocked. It was hard to get a hold of the staff at times when you needed extra towels or pillows or blankets other than that, it was really nice to have events for the families or people who are there.

As for air conditioning, you are correct that there is no mention of that because we do not have that in any of our units. Under Property Amenity, listed under COMFORT we did mention that we have ceiling fans, not air conditioning. We will see what we can do to make this more clearer.
