It is sorely in need of renovation. Hardly a surface is unscathed by stains, scuffs burns holes, etc.. It’s clean enough and safe. It’s just rundown.

The stay was great at staff are nice. I’ve stayed here plenty of times and have gotten a late check out for 12pm of no charge but this time they charged me? Idk. The kitchen driver barely works and as many times as i’ve stayed here, i’m assuming all the stoves don’t work that well. The room was clean, however, when i arrived there was a bug on the “clean” towels. i couldn’t even make up what type of bug it was because it startled me and i got rid of it quick. A hotel charging nearly $100 a night should be spotless & continue to give complimentary late check out. That’s a bad business move.

I did not like the room. It was dingy peeling paint etc. Because I was there to attend a funeral and was not spending much time in the room I did not ask for a change. I did tell the cleaning lady that I did not need any cleaning all I needed was clean towels. She said she would put them in my room shortly. When I returned from the funeral about 9 PM I had no clean towels. Had to go down to the check in desk where I was told the towels were in the dryer. I waited for the towels and brought them up to my room. When I arrived home I called the corporate office twice and was told I would get a call back from the Head Manager and I never did. I will never stay at any of their locations again.

This location has definitely improved since Keisha the Manager has taken charge. The difference is extremely noticeable. Also everyone at the front desk is amazing as well as housekeeping. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

The place is nice & clean. Could be renovated a bit considering the rate per night. The kitchen was convenient, however, the stoves don’t work that well. This is my 3rd time staying here, in a different room each time and the stoves don’t work well. They take forever to get hot. Also you have to pay for good wifi. Again considering the rates per night, wifi should be free. I work in a hotel as well so it’s just odd to charge for wifi.

The building needs upgrading. There was mold on my mirrors in my room but the tub and bathroom and kitchen were incredibly clean. The carpet needed to be replaced.

The building felt dated and old when you walked in the front door. Then as you evaluated the patrons in the building you immediately felt like you were at the homeless shelter overflow. The heavy air tinged with old cigarette smoke made it feel like a dingy apartment building. Once on the third floor I found that the room 2 doors down had eviction notices taped up. The room itself was so dated in accommodations, it really felt like an efficiency apartment, not anything like a place where a business traveler on a one week trip would want to stay. Broken window, TV doesn’t work. The closet is some wire shelving with a curtain in front of it. I’ve stayed in family owned motels that are nicer. What a dump.
