We did not know until we booked that the parking was underground. It was raining and we had our camper. We were pleased that we could park in front but took our dog out for her business and saw how sketchy it was.

The housekeeping was terrible. In one instance the room was left unfinished. The bed was half made and there were folded sheets on the end table. On at least three occasions the towels were not fully replenished and the carpets were never vacuumed. In other instance the housekeeper drank a half bottle of water meant for guests and left the half empty used bottle of water on the coffee table. Who does this?

Unfortunately it’s in a terrible part of town. The premise was clean and nicely updated. the only draw back is the shower was not private. It is a glass window with no privacy so one can see you shower or use the bathroom. Other than that the room was nicely renovated. Very reasonably priced

Hello Mara. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. We are located right in the heart of Downtown Prince George. Unfortunately, the city does experience some challenges with homelessness, but the safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority. In regards to the 'magic glass' in our washrooms, simply closing the door will cause the glass to go opaque and ensure privacy. A good reminder for us to inform our guest about it when checking in.
