Grateful bed
Posted 15 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis was an owner occupied Bed and Breakfast. They had dogs so watch your allergies. They were very nice. I had to pay cash which I didn’t see on the website. No air conditioning so the room was quite warm till about 9 pm. If privacy is an issue you should let them know. No private entrance you have to go in and out they’re front door.

Joyce and Ted were very accommodating hosts making room for my walker. And the breakfast was delicious each morning. This was the first time Angela and myself had been at a B&B it was like going to a family member’s but better ;-) we definitely would go back.

Thank you for your kind review Ron. We were glad you stayed two nights and we got the chance to know you and Angela a little bit. It's people like yourselves that are the reason being b'n'b hosts is such a rewarding experience. You are friendly,funny and genuinely caring folks. Not at all what we would expect coming from Edmonton. Just kidding. The Calgary in me is always just below the surface. Hope you had a good trip back home and Joyce and I hope we will meet again you again sometime. Enjoy that garden you have in your yard. Too bad our peas were just starting to pop when you were here. I honestly can't say anything bad about my stay here! It was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was phenomenal with 2 of the nicest people I had the joy of getting to know a little. I would recommend 10/10 hands down. Would stay again

Room is small and bathroom is shared with second unit. Breakfast provided was great variety and lots of it. Joyce and Ted are great hosts and Joyce was able to accommodate my gluten free diet. Would stay here again.
