"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

The Continental breakfast was good and on time (served to your room) and the coffee was excellent. There were however, some issues with the wifi and the TV which made winding down at night and contacting our family back home very frustrating. "I knew I was in for a noisy ride when they put me in a room behind the reception. I was right. The staff were very noisy from 7 in the morning. Big gap under the door so it felt like they were in my room. Then, low and behold, the cleaner just walked in at 830 without knocking. She didn’t apologise or even lock the door. Breakfast was terrible. "
