It was once a monastery and still feels like one. Personally we liked it but it was a bit heavy on the religious iconography. Great basic place to be in the middle of the old town.

Good value and interesting
Posted 16 Mar 2018 on HotelsBeautiful old building well worth a night's stopover. The room was small but clean and warm. The courtyard would be lovely sit in on a summer's evening. A good buffet breakfast included in the price. Overall very good value for money. Situated in the old quarter which is very interesting, plenty bars/restaurants nearby but probably difficult to find without a sat nav.

Pros: Nice conversion of old building into new uses including accomodation.
Cons: Information on how to find: First the place itself as not "on" the named street; Second where to park for reception as not close by entrance.
Location: The church attached did not even get a mention in our guide book BUT IT WAS AN AMAZING PLACE to look around!
They only serve breakfast (a good "continental" selection) on site, all other food has to be found elsewhere. An unusual extra was kettle and suplies to allow guests to make own drinks in a public area on first floor at any time of day. NOT HAPPY to be asked to remove car from their "Paid Parking" compound as soon as checked out. Only managed to negotiate an extra 60 min! to try and walk / rush, around the town's spectacular balcony area.

Paz y tranquilidad absoluta
Posted 8 May 2024 on HotelsMucha paz y tranquilidad en sus instalaciones. Un detalle el hervidor de agua para hacerse una infusión de noche. La cama de 10, tipo viscoelástica al igual que la almohada. Se echa en falta que la cama sea más grande y larga, pero muy cómoda. Como pega el agua caliente de la ducha se ve que es de termo y no dio para el final, que salió fría. El desayuno bastante escaso y justo, con café ya hecho de termo y no recién hecho. Poca variedad de fruta y de embutidos. Tampoco había huevos, tortillas y demás calientes. En general si vas a descansar y no te importa que la habitación sea pequeña y no eres de los que desayunas como los guiris, está más que correcto, sobre todo la comodidad de las camas y el silencio.
