Enjoyable stay. Modern hotel and spotlessly clean. Plenty parking available. Staff great and cant do enough for you. Great choice for breakfast and all cooked to order.

This is a very nice, local Prestwick hotel with great people , nice rooms and a nice breakfast. I stay there every time I play Prestwick. A can't miss hotel.

Thought the staff and facilities were very good.
Gym facility would be good
The breakfast menu was a bit rigid, asked for something else instead of black pudding and was immediately rebuffed
Other than that, great stay 👍👊

In my opinion this Hotel is a 3 star at best, way overpriced, very limited amenities.

I'm very sorry you found your room to be overpriced, if you could expand on what exactly within the bedroom/hotel you found to be lacking this would be most helpful, as it is only from our guests feedback we can improve and our rates on this evening did match other hotels in the area (excluding guest houses and B&Bs). Our amenities are fully listed on all third party booking sites and on our own website so that our guests may ensure their needs are met, I do apologise if these were not clearly stated. Our rates do fluctuate often due to many different factors, we also do not determine the finalised rates for third-party bookings.
