The room was nice and clean and there was an excellent breakfast.
One question, I was charged on my credit card $286.36 by Expedia, but the Quality Inn gave me a receipt for $213.96. Why was there such a different in the charge?

You will have to ask Expedia. The receipt that was given to you was what Expedia paid us for that room. My clerks was not suppose to give you a receipt. You were suppose to get it from Expedia.

I was told I was on a different side of the building than pets and smoking, and this was not true. There were two dogs in the room above me, they never turned their TV off, they were dragging things around, and extremely noisy all night if staff had told me that this was a possibility upon check-in I would’ve requested another room.

First let me apologize for the fact that you were not satisfied with the accommodations that were provided to you. Second if you had notified the front desk the problem or problems would have been addressed. You were on the first floor in a non smoking room and area. My clerk informed me that you were told that you were on a non smoking floor and again if you had mentioned it to the clerk instead of waiting till the next morning the problem could have been resolved very easily. Our staff are not able to foresee what will go on in advance so the notification at check in is not something we can do. We do try to address every issue that comes to out attention. Again We apologize for the problem
