Family room was good with nice decor, tge downside being its proximity to the A6. Large trucks going past on the road caused a light fitting to ring like a bell. Only stuffing clothes into the light fitting made sleep possible.
Breakfast was also good with reasonable options.

Very quiet, comfortable and clean (apart from the floor could have done with a more thorough hoover).
Pool and spa facilites were great. Although they need to have towels in the changing rooms and a costume drier.

A really average hotel, the dining area was nice looking but the information provided about half board at the hotel was really terrible. After telling the waiter that I had booked the half board option, I was shocked to find that I had a surcharge of £4 for ordering water to drink with my meal, there was no information in the restaurant or from the waiters about what was/wasn't included. The rooms were poorly sound insulated, I could hear the TV from the room next door as if I were watching it myself.

We were allocated the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in. The TV in the room wasn’t working. The manager’s solution was to charge us £25 for a room upgrade! He was useless. Also there is a car park barrier that is positioned just off a really busy main road. An accident waiting to happen. We will never be back
