Basic property. In need of work doing. Not spotlessly clean. Had to wipe down table and chairs as they had not been cleaned. Fridge was dated and not very cold though the beds are comfortable and clean and towels clean and fresh. Difficult to sleep as too warm to close windows but left open the seagulls and birds kept u awake 😀 not a great deal to do there but we spent most time away out and about. Basic enough to sleep in and chill for couple hours before bed. Chalets are definitely in need of a facelift. Staff at hotel (across the road)lovely and friendly.

Area of quiet natural beauty no shops within walking but lots of nature and birds.

Awesome place to stay with ample of parking. Barkby beach is just next to the property
