Bed and pillows were comfortable. Strange layout and dim. Not the most welcoming overall.

Staff were very friendly except for one older man. We seemed to be a problem for him and he was very rude to me and two sisters in the pool. They were doing nothing wrong other than a young teen girl had a t-shirt over her suit. He scolded her for that and looked at me as if I was the parent. I simply said that I was not their parent. Her parents were not in the pool room, but I told him that she and her sister were fine and well behaved. I talked to the girls after he left the pool room to console them. No sign said that she could not wear a t-shirt over her swimsuit in the pool. He was very rude and callous.

Very neat, very clean and quiet. Only thing is Netflix was not working other than that it was great!

The facility was amazing and our room terrific. The breakfast buffet was by far the best one I have ever seen. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. A great experience!

I understand the property is pet friendly. I get it, I love animals; however, I did not care for the dog barking wake up call from 2 doors down. Please consider breaking off a section for the critters; especially the noisy ones.

Everywhere was very clean. The pool and workout room were very well attended. Breakfast area kept stocked The food and selection were standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked about getting around. Would stay again if in area.
