"Chose this B & B as it was close to the Canal du Nivernais and had good reviews. I was not disappointed. I was the only guest but was offered a 3 course evening meal - very good. Room was clean and quiet, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh croissants. Little gem of a place. Recommended"

"Generally fine, actually would stop here again if ever that way...........room needs aircon and the whole place is a bit dowdy and dark, hallways lights don't stay on long enough and everywhere needs a brightening up as do the rooms, horrible dull décor which if this is traditional décor is ghastly!! Great budget hotel
"We stayed one night on the way to the south of France. Hotel was perfect for a stopover. Very clean with lovely staff. Rooms are functional but bed was comfy and shower was hot. Excellent breakfast. We drove into Nevers and walked along the river. Filled with petrol at the local supermarket and ate at a pizza restaurant just down the road. "
