"The breakfast was the best! The dining room overlooks the beautiful lake and mountains and the food is really tasty. The room we got was a bit tucked in the back and had no view. It was very large and the beds were comfortable enough. It did get quite cold and we had no ability to adjust the heating. Note that there is no parking included with the hotel, there is only street parking and it is only free after 6 PM. "

The bathroom in my deluxe room was very 90’s…I wouldn’t normally expect a shower in a bath for an upgrade room, The Spa is the stand out feature of this hotel. Beautiful views of the mountains…particularly at dusk. Very relaxing. The hotel is very much a family hotel. I personally found the dinner options very limited…4 mains and one desert option. "It was very pleasant to stay at Hotel Filser and I would be happy to stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quiet and had everything I needed. If I may suggest one thing, it would be to improve the lighting in the room,especially in the bathroom which felt a bit dark for my liking. The highlight was the restaurant and the food. I was truly happy with my meals! The breakfast spread was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Hotel Waldmann was absolutely picturesque! The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles, and close to the charming town of Füssen. We stayed in an apartment with a king bed and two twin beds, which was perfect for our family. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet each morning was a lovely touch. We highly recommend Hotel Waldmann and would definitely stay here again! "
