"The apartment was really cool! Very spacious and stylishly decorated. The communication was very smooth. I asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, and when I came back, they not only delivered the bedding but they made the bed. The bathroom needs a little fixing but we enjoyed our stay and felt safe."

"This is a good, economical place to stay with an easy walk to the subway. We could hear the neighbors having a party, so it's not as quiet as we would have liked, and the communication over keypad entry when we first arrived was a little tricky, though we were able to reach someone fairly quickly. But overall we had a good stay here."

"Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo. "The place is nice but the communication is horrible. The check in time is for 3pm but they are so horrible or really lazy to send you the access code. They sent it to me at 5pm. I stayed here twice and it happened both times. They should hire an onsite person to be there because the online communications is ruining the place. "

"Amazing apartment, very conformtable and great location. The only thing we didn't like at all is that check-in was super late at 3:00 p.m. and we asked to check out later because it was too early at 10:00 a.m. and they told us no. Since we had a late return flight, we asked to be able to leave our suitcases somewhere and they only gave us the option of a paid locker."

"Brilliant appt in the heart of the old town. Everything is mins away and all conveniences are at your doorstep. Coffee shop, chimney cake, supermarket right opp and exchange next door. Uber can be booked to a location just 100 mtrs away. The studio appt was wonderful. It’s huge by European standards and well maintained. Perfect hotel

"Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location to easily get in to all the main areas. Good transport links with a tram right outside. Breakfast had everything you could need in the lovely restaurant area. We ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from our stay and would definitely come back. "
