"A very nice hotel. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! Very accommodating and friendly. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The restaurant in the hotel was great, a little pricey, but definitely worth the cost. The staff in there was absolutely amazing as well. We only stayed 1 night since we were sailing out for our cruise the next day, but I hands down would stay here again. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach and there is a ton of restaurants and shops...

"Very central and convenient for both business and shopping. Having two restaurants just across the street is very convenient. "

"We had one of the rooms for 4 people. Pull out couch in one room for the kids and separate bedroom with bed for 2 adults. Room was spacious and clean, nice balcony. Only complaint that there was not easily accessible places to plug in chargers and it took a bit of time for water to get hot. Otherwise hotel was lovely and and wish we stayed longer!"

"Excellent response to questions. When we arrived in San Juan, we received all the information to enter the building and our room. Security was great and easy to access. Our patio room was quite in the back."
