Nice hotel, great staff. But our Junior Suite (room 302) was only a normal room with a view of a wooden (privacy) wall that hid all sight of the surrounding mountains. I didn't need to drive that far to see a slab of wood from a dark, dreary room. (Plus some of the lights didn't work.)

Abbiamo soggiornato nello chalet "il faggio",splendido appartamento a 2 piani con tutti ciò che serve e anche di più. Personale molto gentile e disponibile,buona la cucina del ristorante ,ottimo il buffet per la prima colazione.

Prima hotel met heerlijk ontbijt. Mooi ruim chalet met prachtige badkamer. jammer dat alle informatie op en rondom het park alleen in het italiaans beschreven staat. Zelfs het evaluatieformulier, terwijl bekend was dat we deze taal niet spraken, was in het italiaans. Niet klantvriendelijk voor buitenlandse gasten. Veel personeelsleden spraken gelukkig engels.

Prima Hotel, tolle Zimmer, super Wellnessbereich. Sehr kinderfreundlich, aber Kinder dürfen nur bis 17:30 Uhr in den Swimming-Pool. Hotel-Restaurant ist gut bis befriedigend.
