Upon arriving and checking in. We didn't get the warm and welcoming at 5pm. When we checked in the room, it was not as describe in photos. Really updated furniture. We than, we out for dinner and go restaurants were far from hotel. not walking distance. Upon returning to hotel room, we used the toilet in the master bathroom. It didn't want to flush and the water in the toilet ran all night.
The next day, I wanted to take a bath and the tub was so dirty and had so much mold. She I called to the front desk around 10am and let her know.She was not help, I wanted to see if she can move me to a different Novotel hotel. She mentioned she couldn't help me since I booked throug Expedia and I need to contact them.
Long story short. I didn't to check out the room earlier as when the management returned my, since they heard from Expedia. Her comment was why didn;t I call last night about the toilet so we can fix it. I told her, by the time we came back from dinnder it was late like 11pm and I thought it could wait until the next morning.
The fact she would talk to a customer this way, I knew I was not going to complete by stay. My experience at this location was bad: (

Good stay. Convenient for near the airport. Nice bar and great buffet at the restaurant. All round good value
