I was in Bangkok for one reason only - a bit (lot) of retail therapy! - and as other reviewers have stated it's very close to the shops. Everything is connected by covered walkways to shade you sun or rain so it's quite convenient.
The property itself is rather dated so everything looks a bit tired and dark. The mini suite is quite comfy but the carpets have seen better days.
As i was only there to rest in between shopping that wasn't a problem. Breakfast was ok but there was no hot water. Massage place clean. I would probably stay again.

While I agree with others that it is older looking and parts are worn I would stay again.
Location is perfect if you like shopping. Wide variety of food for breakfast and very friendly staff.
