Air Conditioner leaked and found a pill/medication on the floor.

Air Conditioner was leaking, when I called to report it the next morning, the front desk said "it's still leaking"!!! The room smelled musty, and I had a sore throat and headache. No offer to discount or refund the room. Also found a pill/medication on the floor.

There were hairs on multiple surfaces in the bathroom (in the toilet, shower, walls, floors, etc). Overall the property was rundown and disappointing. The toilet did not flush at all. Front desk staff was not welcoming. Unfortunately this was one of the highest rated hotels in the area. I would recommend you keep driving and not stay at this exit.

The heat didn’t work in my room, the curtains had lots of spots on them. Other than that my stay was awesome!
