I liked the location, I did not like the treatment of customers and the bad smell of the rooms.

Staff very good. This hotel is an old building and it is very noisy when people walk up and down the stairs. No lift.

employee not very friendly. Good location as it is close to the bus and train station. and there are places to eat nearby.

This place was the worst holiday accommodation I have ever experience. they haven't changed the bed sheets for the whole four night I was stayed there. Never ever ever again. It was rubbish

Only 30min train ride to Florence
Posted 29 Sep 2023 on HotelsIt is too Expensive to stay in Florence. Prato is only 30min train ride to the city center of Florence. Only down side was mosquitoes. The first night I didn't realize they were in my room. I got many mosquito bites. But the hotel provided mosquito repellent for free which worked great!

Nice & decent hotel but overpriced
Posted 27 Jun 2023 on HotelsNice hotel in a nice town, decent room size, friendly staff. Inconvenient cuz no elevator & we were on 2nd floor. Almost 30 minutes from main Florence but wait for a train can make it longer. I guess they're overpriced for what they're offering
