The manager was very pleasant and helpful, some very good English and made us feel very welcome.
For an older hotel and it’s convenience to the central attractions it was very good.

The staff was very helpful.
We took a 2 euro train to Florence. Train station is only a minute away. Prato is also a great Tuscan city with plenty to see. A great place for evening eats and walks.

Wonderful stay
Posted 15 Jul 2019 on HotelsHotel Giordano is operated by this amazing family that manages everything. They were extremely helpful and sweet. Never missed a smile. Breakfast was small but good. Dont forget to try the croissants, they are delectable. Our family room was small but adequate. Beds were a little hard but this seems to be typical of Italy. Location is across from the duomo.

We had an amazing experience here. We really enjoyed the hospitality and the people who ran the hotel were exceptionally friendly! From here we trained into Florence and it was only a half hour. It was nice to come back to a quiet place.
