The hotel is good. Like most hotels in Rome the rooms are small. Great staff.

Nice small hotel at a reasonable price, very close to Vatican/Castel St. Angelo and easy to walk to the other locations, also with a metro station nearby. Also close to restaurants. Room/Breakfast are simple but enough. I would stay again for a short trip in Rome (we were a family of four, spending the day enjoying the city, going to the hotel only to sleep).
Reception staff was also very helpful (the lady provided us a map with the main points when we arrived, and always addressed quickly any issues we had).

The hotel was very convenient for the Vatican. The SIT coach from the airport stopped close by. We managed to walk everywhere from the hotel, rather than using public transport. Buffet breakfast was great. The only downside from my perspective was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable. So close to the shops and places to eat.

If I could give q zero I will. No hot water, outdated, dirty, old, disgusting. I don’t have enough words to describe this place. The worse part that it cost me $150 per night. The only good thing is that I booked for one night.
