Great accommodation on Praslin
Posted 18 Aug 2023 on HotelsExcellent self catering accommodation with plenty of space in a lovely location. The private beach is delightful and the hotel is well located to explore the rest of the beautiful island. Really helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was really good everyday, perfectly cooked eggs!

Nice hotel
Posted 26 Jul 2021 on HotelsOverall it was a good stay. The beach area was beautifully built with a platform to look out to the sea. Sunbeds were available too. We booked the superior room, which was very lovely decorated and clean. Only the kitchen was full of ants, but they were always wandering up and down the same wall and didn't really get in the way (still wonder why they were there, because there was no food or anything that would have attracted them). A/C was available in the bedroom and worked very well.
Their restaurant Capricorn was open, however, the service was extremely limited. They almost didn't have any liquors for the cocktails and their wine selection was scarce, too. When we wanted to have breakfast on the first morning, they said we should have informed them the evening before so they could organize it, although nobody told us beforehand. Still, the owner made us some small but lovely breakfast with cut-up fruit, toast, self-made banana jam (which was delicious!) and egg of our choice, but we were shocked when we got the bill (600SCR / 35€ for two people!!)
Nonetheless, we had a lovely time at the Islander Hotel and appreciate everything they did for us (even organized a the car rental for us)!

Nice and quiet family hotel
Posted 3 Aug 2018 on HotelsNice and quiet family hotel consisting of clean reasonably spacious 2 bedroom duplexes. There is a good on-site restaurant and direct access to a beach and also a nice seating area overlooking the beach. The staff are really nice and very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Amazing Hideout

Pros: everythjing
Cons: na
Location: geogretta beach. great hikes. lazio beach.
Special place for anyone looking to wind down with their loved one. Nice and away from any noise or hassle. One of the best beaches in Praslin, a 200M walk from your room. Amazing staff. Stop wasting time and book it.

This is a beautiful Guesthouse right on the beach. They have a restaurant & rental cars on site. It is far from the preferred snorkeling beach, but a rental car will get you there & it is on the bus route. My biggest dislike is the additional charge for the A/C - it was the only place I stayed in Seychelles that charged to use it. Room includes a kitchen & has a nice porch.

Posted 26 May 2018 on HotelsWir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
