Hit and miss
Posted 3 Jan 2019 on HotelsOverall this hotel was hit and miss. The staff were generally nice and helpful but the policies they had to follow makes you feel like they don't care much about your stay. For example you can't drink the tap water but they only give you bottled water when you arrive - after that you have to buy clean water from them or from a store. They have a stupid system for the wifi where you need to get a new code from reception every day. And if you forget and try to call reception to have them print the code and just read it to you they'll still tell you to come down to get the paper. It's a pain. The breakfast was good most days except the first day when we asked for the omelette with everything (vegetables, ham, cheese) and received plain omelettes with only torn-up salami inside. The following days we got what we asked for so maybe it was a miscommunication. The buildings and pool area are really nice, and the drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. The beach across the street is hard to get to, as many private residences and restaurants block access. The restaurants and shops down the street are difficult to get to by foot, but that seems to be the case all over the island. The reception staff helped us rent a car and reserve a boat trip which both turned out to be great. So as I said, hit and miss.

Greetings, thank you for the valuable feed back , however with regard to the wifi we would like to mention that our service provider is only one company and they have upgraded the band-with but the system is limited that's why we have to give two coupons, Regarding drinking water we provide two bottles of comp water on arrival , for the rest of the days guest can buy bottle water of they can drink tap water it is purified , however our reception staff can advise that, shall look in to that, with regard to beak fast on one of the days it was noticed that the items were not sufficient we have taken it up seriously and have ensured that such issues never occur again, however we thank you for the valuable feed back and we request you to come back and we will gave special care on your next visit

Great place to stay and relax

Pros: Very clean and good value for money
Cons: More choice of breakfast, plus better wifi connection.
Location: walking distance to the local village centre and beach
My family and I had four nights stay, and it was very pleasant and relaxing by the pool

Wonderful Hotel Experience

Pros: The rooms were simply awesome with a Jacuzzi, the ambiance was great and the staff were very nice.
Location: nice location, close to the beach
Simply awesome hotel and classy, the rooms were very neat and comfortable with much of the desired facilities, nice restaurant at affordable rates, beach is just across the road from the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Service was average- reception and bar service was good but the restaurant service was terrible.
