The staff was so lovely and helpful. Grand Anse beach 5 meters from the hotel were also great. We were very satisfied.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, hence, they should do some enhancements on the breakfast and the food services.

Nice beachfront lodge
Posted 7 Aug 2018 on HotelsThis hotel was exactly as described. The rooms are beautifully decorated with fresh flowers on the bed as you arrive. The property is right on the beach, but it’s not a good beach for swimming as there is a lot of seaweed. But the hotel has a nice pool. I liked this property so much that I extended my stay by one night. It’s not cheap, but Praslin is very expensive. Overall I had a nice stay here.

Truly relaxing place
Posted 13 Jun 2018Great and helpful staff, well maintained premises, nicely furnished rooms with terrace, comfortable bed, A/C.
Unfortunately at the time of our stay the neighbouring beach was not too good because of large amount of seaweed (probably a seasonal thing). However you can get to the wonderful Anse Lazio by bus and walking. Also the staff can book you (free of charge) permit to equally wonderful Anse Georgette which has limited admission and is closer.
Restaurant specialises on Indian cuisine, but there is also a wider choice of other meals. Quality is ok.
Overall speaking, we booked our stay here to have a nice relaxing break and that was certainly the case.

Beautiful location and very nice property
Posted 7 Apr 2018It's a beautiful hotel right on grand anse beach. You can walk on the beach in the morning see the sun rise and sunset it's a beautiful hotel economical with very good rooms.. staff is excellent and very helpful

The location was good.
Quite and calm. Beach nearby.
Great staff.
Negatives:
Poor maintenance
no tea or coffee and restaurant only at night and morning.
Limited choice of food with one restaurant and two chef.
No complimentary water at all. Water ia costly than Hilton in Siluehotte Island.
No free wifi.
No buffet food as small hotel, but offers half board during booking.
Overall not worth for the money paid.

Posted 23 Oct 2015Loved this hotel! With just a few rooms and the best staff ever! The place is immaculate and the attention to detail was great. I so appreciated them making special vegetarian meals for me complete with with printed menus at my placemat! Pool was delightful with umbrellas to shade us. It's close to airport and staff made us a breakfast tray for our early departure. Quiet relaxed atmosphere that was the perfect ending to our vacation - thank you so much rose May and your staff!
