Your comfort is our priority and while our records show you stayed in room 118 which is a King Bed Suite, we gladly would have looked to see if another King Suite was available to better meet your need and expectation. We hope to host you again in the future.

Our whirlpool suite was a very comfortable room with great lighting and style. Peggy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful making sure we had what we needed. The bed was very comfortable.

Staff was very nice. However, they upgraded us to a king whirlpool room from a king room, which we really did not prefer. It took up so much space in the room, which was quite dated, with a very small bathroom area. The room was very clean though. And the staff notified us we had left behind something, and they will be sending it to us. This was much appreciated!
