"A beautiful place, the pictures don’t do the hotel justice. It was stunning, but we are giving 4 stars due to the fact the AC was broken. During the hottest month of June, we were barely able to sleep at night because of how hot it was. The owner did not help with this and kept informing us that someone would come to fix it but never did. The front desk girl Marie was very kind and the breakfast was great. If the AC worked or was fixed during our stay it would be 5 stars. "

The location, food (breakfast and dinner), and comfortable rooms were all above expectations. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any of the 10 hotels we stayed on this Italy vacation.
