Fairly nice place; friendly staff. Will be even nicer after upcoming (long overdue) remodeling.

The people who work at reception rooms and breakfast are very good but this hotel in terms of menu need to change a lot of things. I don’t understand why if you order a plate of steak or fish it’s doesn’t come with any side. In terms of food and the management,this hotel is in a bad way

Checked in a 2:30 am almost half hour for computer to boot up so I can pay. Since it was so late I could have paid next morning at check out.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. We were to stay 3 nights, however our flight from S. Filipe was cancelled therefore we missed or first night, we requested a refund of the first night since flight cancellation was no fault of ours, however it wasn’t honored, was disappointed with that, however, the stay was nice, staff were friendly and eager to help out. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Lunch was superb.
