"Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator. "Excellent spot; directly across from the beach. Didn't do much exploring of the property the first day but did a little the following day. Beautiful property; a number of dining options if you don't want to drive far or at all. Both my girl and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when the sun is out! "

"Hotel is a bit dated, however, all services, employees and breakfast were very good. They just need explain better about the parking lot, which is located at a Mall next door to the hotel. I didn’t know there was a elevator that would reach the hotel from the mall’s parking lot. Breakfast was very good and all employees very polite. I would come back again."
