The location was perfect for my stay. My room was spacious. All of the staff were friendly, kind and considerate. There was nothing that I could outwardly fault.

Ok but not good.
Posted 15 Oct 2018 on HotelsMediocre, very rough around the edges and parking is unclear. The minibar was full of mould, including on the bottles! (See photo). There are lots of nicer hotels available in the same price range.

Convenient hotel in a nice safe neighborhood. Lovely and attentive breakfast and excellent coffee. Friendly front desk. Close to Vysehrad castle, so relaxing with great views of Prague, 10 minuites walk to metro or bus 134 to the tram one block. Vysehrad Hotel does the job. Beds are comfortable.

Really, really average

Pros: Shuttle (taxi) from/to the airport for 30 euros. Very convenient.
The breakfast was good and was included in our reservation.
Cons: Coherence of service for two buildings
Location: Metro station is 10min walk away, but will get you to the downtown/oldtown in no time (two stations)
The hotel consists of a two buildings, the main one with the lobby which is older and a building in the back which has another set of rooms and a new elevator. We were in the new building as we were a party of three. Our room was clearly designed for disabled/handicapped guests (low mirrors, large bathroom/shower with bars everywhere). I guess it was the only room which could accommodate three guests.
The cleanliness was barely passable. Even drinking glasses were sometimes not changed. The bed covers had stains on them. No air-conditioning, only a noisy fan which made us use earplugs and keep the windows open throughout the night.
The bathroom/shower was a mess. Although clean, the first person taking a shower would flood the whole bathroom because of uneven floor, and imagine how pleasant it would be for the next person.
Also, the WiFi was practically non-existent. They had couple of routers throughout the whole establishment and the only one strong enough to serve us was not functioning. The only solution was to sit in the lobby.

Nice quiet hotel

Pros: Quiet and peaceful.
Cons: There was no overhead shower... rather it is a shower attachment that comes from the taps in the tub. You have to hold the nozzle in your hand.
A nice quiet stay. I found it difficult to find parking. Very close to the subway system. A pizzeria within 2-3 minutes of walking.
