As part of your comment, we can assure you that the cable car cabin is continuously cleaned and tidied. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but if such a situation arises where contamination has occurred and an odour or other unpleasant smell has been noticed, then we would always welcome being made aware of this aspect directly at the hotel. It is possible that someone may have spilled something on the floor in the interim when cleaning is not being carried out and this may have led to such a situation. However, we are glad that you were able to use our ropes course. We hope that you will use many other services of our hotel in the future and everything will lead to complete satisfaction on your part.
