Cleaning lady didn’t speak English, Czech, German or French. The do not disturb sign was on the door, she didn’t even knock and just walked in when I was changing. She didn’t even apologize. There was construction noise present from early morning. The reception is mostly unattended so I had to wait 15 minutes at empty reception for check out. Also you will have to carry your bags up and down the stars to reach the elevator.

Dear Monika,I am sorry for the discomfort you felt while staying in our hotel. We are currently renovating part of our rooms to improve our guests experience, and we organize the noisy works to be done between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., where most of our guests are out of the hotel, so we minimize exactly such discomfort. However, I can declare those works will be finished next week. Our reception is 24/7 and is empty only when receptionists are asked by our guests for assistance. And we are happy to assist also with luggage, as our hotel is in two (connected) lovely old buildings that were unfortunately not constructed with barrier-free entrance, hence seven stairs up and at the end of a corridor seven down to reach the lifts in the second building. I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations, but if you happen to visit us again, I am sure we could make your stay enjoyable.With regards,Viktoria Suskova, General Manager
