Great location, nice and clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast - scrambled eggs cold, coffee (americano) bitter.

Great city location for us. Close to shops, restaurants and bars and only a short walk to the town square, etc.

Everyone was kind and friendly- hot water for showers, plush towel, by major transportation, great breakfast- comfortable bed- what else could one ask for?

They give you ac in your room but no way to turn it on. Then they wonder why the hotel is infested with bugs…
Breakfast in the morning gave me food poisoning I missed one of my tours because if it…
It wasn’t the worst but definitely not the best.
Found the staff to be a little rude as well especially the after hours check in people.

Great location, comfortable and clean room
Posted 27 May 2024 on HotelsGreat location in the city, was quiet at night but felt safe walking home. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room got quite warm especially during the day but the AC wasn’t on when I asked staff but they offered a fan which did the trick. Free breakfast buffet which was nice. Clean rooms just a little too warm for my liking (it also ended up melting the chocolates I bought to bring home…)

Average room with high price. They charge for even first water bottle and basic toiletries like moisturiser, dental kit etc which are normally provided free as standard in most hotels. Very limited Vegan/ Vegetarian options in Breakfast buffet. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from a tram station. Reception person was very friendly but was not willing to even extend check out time by 15-30 mins. Overall an average hotel as compared to previous reviews and rating.

Doors do not close properly!!
Posted 11 May 2024 on HotelsWould have been 5 stars BUT. The doors to the room do not close and lock properly. Came back to find my door wide open even after slamming it shut. The receptionist kept laughing at me trying to blame it on me, as if it is no big deal. This is a known issue and they refuse to see it as a problem. I came back after being out for 6 hours to find the room door wide open and they simply claimed I left it like that. I saw other rooms left wide open the following day. I travel a lot and this is not normal, I can’t have been the first person to complain about it. This is extremely unsafe and makes me question what other unsafe practices they subscribe to and dismiss.
The buffet was in very small/close quarters, it was a good variety but the room is so stuffy and smells of morning breath, the “cold” milk was warm and makes me question the preparation of the food/sanitisation of the area. Definitely would not stay here again based on the security and safety issues alone which made it difficult to sleep at night :/
Also the A/C didn’t work.
