Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel appears to have undergone recent renovations. They were still doing some work when we arrived and the morning after but the noise was acceptable.
Overall, excellent hotel in an excellent location.

The hotel is ok in every term but has the potential to get much better with some touch. Rooms are newly decorated but bathrooms are old.
Housekeeping was very poor. They forgot to restock the tea and coffee for instance. Reception staff was great! Breakfast area can be cozier and tea and coffee quality can be much better.

Clearly well located property in the heart of historic Prague. The staffis overall friendly but will require training. At the time of our visit the property was undergoing construction, a fact that was not noted in the property description. The breakfast area onder a temorary tent does not quite live up to expectations. The 4 star rating is a bit forward looking.
