This was my second time staying here. I love the location. I love that it’s got all the charm and uniqueness of boutique hotels but is still modern and has all the upkeep and conveniences. The atrium where breakfast is served is gorgeous, and the breakfast options are surprisingly vast and delicious.

Staff seems uneducated in terms of their property. When I checked in, the gal working at the desk gave me directions to my room. I took all of my luggage up two flights of stairs to see my room nowhere in sight. I went back down and told her I did not see it, she said she gave me the wrong directions so I took all of my luggage back up two flight of stairs to a different section. The walls and ceilings are also paper thin so I got little to no sleep the two nights I was there. There was also a terrible smell for most of my stay, smelled like sewage. The night before I checked out I asked if they hold luggage, as I did not need to leave until 2-3 hours after checkout, and they said yes. The next morning when I brought it down, she told me to just leave it in the hallway. Luckily it ended being ok but it was unprofessional to say you can hold luggage, and tell the guest to leave it out in the open.

Great location. Right in the center of historical sights. Great breakfast at reasonable price. Rooms are clean. Could use some English tv channels.

Location was walkable to major tourist attractions.First night there was no hot water, ended up taking a cold shower🙁. Spoke to front desk, he said it will be taken care of. When we returned to hotel was able to take a warm shower.

The room was 312A and it was clean and had a patio.
No coffee pods for free so you had to pay for them. Top tip bring your own Nespresso pods.
Only set back was to climb 3 flights of stairs!!
Right near the clock tower. Opposite restaurant great for breakfast. The city is wonderful for vegan food! Epic!

There is no elevator, and you have to buy coffee for the machine in the room.
But fantastic location.
