Standard hotel next to the prague congress center and subway lines. Close enough to old town.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. However, 2 mornings there was NO WATER for a couple of hours. Should have been given a discount. hotel said it was a city thing, but very inconvenient when you need to shower and prepare for the day. Food was average, and overpriced. However staff and service were wonderful! Very helpful.

Convenient walk from conference center, food bar and restaurant within it for convenience. On the red line of PID, so functionally very close to wherever in the city you’d like to go. Staff were tremendous, accommodations were clean and the view was beautiful.

We did not receive the room we booked. Unacceptable. Terrible breakfast buffet. Original Corinthian management, the buffet was excellent. A major downgrade of selection now. A false fire alarm at night was disturbing. It was false but after that announcement, they kept repeating for an hour. Disturbed sleep. Only 1 elevator was running out of 5. Wait time to use was unacceptable.

Poor management of room allocation. The hotel room I had opted for included a view of the Prague Castle, which was instead on a low floor with a view of an office block. I heard this from other guests which were raising complaints with the hotel. My room (407) was dated and had zero sockets near the bed for charging. Disappointed overall.

I have stayed here quite a few times and always have a fantastic time. Although it seems to have been run down by the previous owners Corinthia we still had a fantastic time. Large clean room with lovely castle view, fantastic rooftop pool and spa with a view of the city, great staff nice breakfast and all for a reasonable price. The hotel is right next to the metro so has excellent links to the centre. Wish we had had the weather to match. Also miss the old bowling alley in the basement that was amazing.

Best location for Prague Conference Center. Fast Uber ride to downtown and Old Town.
