Wonderful location, and very stylish. The sauna and steam room were great, as was the breakfast. Only downside was a very, very warm room and sporadic hot water

I loved my stay at the Falkensteiner. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay! The entrance greets you with a nice scent and there are snacks offered upon check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was exceptional- very kind and accommodating.

The hotel has a super staff. Especially the breakfast and bar staff, but also reception.

Excellent value for the quality of this hotel! Large clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very well kept and upscale property. Monkey Bar restaurant and bar were great - try their exotic cocktails... you won't be disappointed! Also, try the Bredovsky Dvur restaurant right around the corner for original Czech food where locals hang out. Great suggestion by the front desk folks!
