Fabulous hotel, optimal location in Wenceslas Square. The apartment was spotless, and had everything you’d expect. It was small but cosy and I could live there. 10/10 would recommend and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Prague if I were to return.

For the price the hotel was good. I booked here because I wanted a hotel with a swimming pool but the hotel only let you use it after 8:00 pm because they had swim classes or something during the day and some of the lights in my room didn’t work. The location was great and the little kitchen was a rare find. Overall it was good for the location and the price. Very convenient to see all the main sights, go shopping catch public transportation and find food.

Overall a really good stay
The rooms are great as they are a generous side and come with a fridge and cooking facilities (including microwave). They also have a sofa making it feel more like a suite. The staff are also very friendly and were more than happy to let me leave my suitcase as I arrived too early to check in and as I had a late flight, I wanted to leave it so I could enjoy the last morning and early afternoon in Prague without having to drag it around. I do have a few criticisms though. Firstly the swimming pool is only open from 8 until 10pm. As I had made evening plans for all the nights I was there, I therefore couldn't use this. Secondly the bath/shower has no curtain which makes having a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet difficult. Finally, it would be nice to have some English speaking TV channels as there was only Czech channels available. Overall because of it's great location and the positive points above, I would stay again though.

I enjoyed staying at this place because it was in the middle of everything and matter fact the area the hotel in was the area that stayed late with Macdonald's right in front of it and clubs around. The backside of the hotel was very quiet and the room was very nice and clean. I recommend it so highly

Just okay, but that worked for us.
Our stay was just fine. If you are looking for a great location this is the place, buy keep in mind you are getting the locale at the expense of the noise of folks on the square all night long. The room we were provided was reasonable, and clean enough. If you need AC then this is not the place for you, as you will need windows open. I will say the staff were incredibly helpful to us and made it a good stay.

The kitchenette was filthy. Dirty dishes and dinnerware. The “staff “ were utterly useless. The only good thing was the location. Great street and neighborhood. Very Close to public transportation.

The location is great. We got to visit most of Prague just by walking. Our room was quiet and large. The hotel advertises that they have a fitness center and swimming pool but these are separate businesses, so you need to pay extra and availability for hotel guests might be limited: the swimming pool, for instance, was only available after 8pm. The room had a kitchenette, microwave and larger fridge than usually found in hotels: very convenient for families (although we ended up eating out most of the time).

Fabulous location. Great, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast on the Terrance. Clean room, but the AC is VERY loud and doesn’t work, so u just lay in bed sweating, wifi is terrible, paid to use the pool (select hours) and there was swimming lessons going on and we got yelled at and had to wait, so that was weird. Anyways it was okay, the location is fabulous, but I wouldn’t stay again.
