Location is not secure / Management inflexible
Posted 17 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe originally booked our stay for 12 nights, but checked out early due to safety/security concerns. On multiple occasions, we witnessed people holding the entrance open for anyone wanting to enter. Given that there was no front desk or staff on the property, we did not feel safe at all. Even though the published change policy was a penalty of one night's stay, the hotel charged us for all remaining 8 nights. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company due to their policy violation. I will keep you posted.
Overall, the property is very clean and in a convenient location. However, it is not safe or secure due to the fact that it is part of an apartment complex with many other residents who allow access to unknown people. AND there is no front desk or security at the property. AVOID this property!

Dear Mr. Holt, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we cannot agree with that. Our residence is as safe as any other. We have never had any problem with security. Your apartment is equipped with a lock and you can lock the apartment. On the 7th floor, which belongs entirely to our company, we have installed cameras and we monitor whole space continuously. No one else has and had access to your apartment, except our cleaning lady. During your stay, you never once alerted us to a security problem or you did not feel safe. The only message, what we received from you, was you need to short your stay and leave earlier because your plans have changed (your email 28.08.2023 22:16:39). When you discovered that you were not entitled to a refund, you came in Expedia with this theory. I assure you that the residence is located in a quiet area, normal people live in the residence - families with children. In addition, if you had informed us about your problem, we would move you to another residence, for free. We have another 4 residences in Prague. But nothing like that happened. Thank you for your understanding.

This place was spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Although it is a bit far from the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, about 20-30 minutes drive, it is worth it.

Loved the location. Very peaceful at night and easy to access the tube to downtown or get to the airport. Only downside was the elevator was broken one night but it was fixed the next day and didn’t detract from our visit. We hope to stay there again!

Almost flawless
